Victor Woods
Victor is a Goreng man, whose family is from Tambellup, a town in the northern region of the Great Southern. His journey started in primary school, doing drawing in Queens Park Primary. A couple years later, he started painting and trying pottery at Merribank mission. He also did art in collaboration with Curtin University. Victor likes to work in acrylic paint on a board or sheets of canvas, with his main subject matter being the Frilled-Neck Lizard or the Killer Whale.
